Founded in 1998 (with the factory founded in 1968) and located in Liuhe, the birthplace of Yuhua Stone(the wonderful stone of China), Nanjing Huafeng Oil Pump Co., Ltd, integrating foundry and metal processing into one whole, is a large mechanical processing enterprise with fixed assets of more than RMB 40 million Yuan, the company possesses two factories covering the total area of 62,500 m2( building area of 28,000 m2), employs a staff of more than 900 (including more than 80 engineers and technicians) engaging in foundry and mechanical processing. The number of our production and inspection equipments exceeds more than 900. The scope of our main products covers a large field such as gray cast iron casting, ductile cast iron casting, mechanical-processed casting, a series of oil pumps, VE distributor pump, joint flange, impeller, etc.
In recent years, the company made every effort to develop new products and established cooperative relations with Shenzhen Lida Company and Jiangsu Overseas Group, which results in our successful production of the domestic sewage pump accessories with the annual output of 600,000 pieces for American Pentair and ductile cast iron flange with the annual output of 1,000,000 pieces for Strato. In early 2007, the Company was chosen as the Nanjing Production Base by ITT, one of the World’s Top 500 Companies, for its high-quality cast iron castings, excellent manufacturing process and increasingly enhanced technical strength.
As a market-based and technology-driven company, Nanjing Huafeng has always been striving for development on the basis of innovation and has also established strict quality assurance system according to GB/T19002-ISO9002 standard to support this policy. Today, the market share of our main products in China has been more than 60 %( its 195 pump won the state silver award) and our products are well received by more than 30 large enterprises (or groups) in China. Our gray cast iron castings and ductile cast iron castings and other mechanical processing parts are sold to Japan, Taiwan, United States, Australia and West Europe and satisfactorily accepted by our customers.
